Artemesia, are the company that administers the Members’ Community, please note this is the name that will be shown on your bank statement when purchasing an annual or paying for a monthly membership.
If you’ve paid for a Monthly/Annual membership, logged into your account but can’t see any content, it probably means your account hasn’t been correctly activated, sometimes this can occur if you use two different email addresses when registering, one for your PayPal account and a different one for your members account. If this sounds like your issue, please contact [email protected] we will just need to link your account manually. If paying for a monthly membership there won’t be any issues with future payments once this is done.
