The site and Artemesia requires only a name and email address of its Members. These are not passed on to any third parties. Members’ information will be deleted should they decide to unsubscribe after the period set out in its Terms and Conditions.

All details that are supplied when signing up to the Members’ Community are stored on a password protected website. Please note we do not store any payment details this is handled by PayPal. We hold a small database offline to keep track of members renewals and Facebook names if different to those supplied when signing up, this is simply to allow us to keep the Facebook group updated with active members only.
Please note that we do not collect any personal information from children under thirteen years of age and that no child under thirteen should submit any personal information to our site. Should we discover that any such personal information has been delivered to our site, we will remove that information as soon as possible.
On occasion, we may gather information about your computer for our services and to provide statistical information. Such information will not identify you personally it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.
Where used, cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. The cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer. All computers have the ability to decline cookies. We include links to fully approved and known to us third party websites on our website. But members of the crystal community post links on the community facebook page without consent or approval despite it being a condition of membership that such links be approved before posting. And other Judy Hall facebook pages may also have links posted to them over which we have no control. We take no responsibility whatsoever for links not posted by Artemesia. All these third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
