Artemesia, are the company that administers the Members' Community, please note this is the name that will be shown on your bank statement when purchasing an annual or paying for a monthly membership.

It's free to create an account but you will need an active membership to view the exclusive content, you can choose from either an Annual or Monthly membership.

If you've paid for a Monthly/Annual membership, logged into your account but can't see any content, it probably means your account hasn't been correctly activated, sometimes this can occur if you use two different email addresses when registering, one for your PayPal account and a different one for your members account. If this sounds like your issue, please contact support@artemesia.co.uk we will just need to link your account manually. If paying for a monthly membership there won't be any issues with future payments once this is done.

If you've forgotten your password you can request a password reset, please click here!

If you've forgotten your username you can request a password reset, please click here, the email you will receive will contain your username, if you don't want to change your password you can just delete this email once you have your username.

Please check your junk email folder, sometimes password reset emails end up in there, if you still can't find it or doesn't work for you, please contact support@artemesia.co.uk , we can reset your password or remind you of your username. if you want your password changing, we can either choose a random one for you please send one of your choice. Please note you can change your password from your Account page.

If possible please avoid opening a case with PayPal as this can cause issues with your account, we will always do our best to help you solve any issues you may have, please contact us support@artemesia.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Artemesia, only look after the Members' Community, if you have a question about a workshop, please contact the company that is organising it, if you can't see any contact information on the page, please click the 'Book Now' button, this will take you through to the booking website where you should be able to find contact details.

We will try and respond to your queries as quickly as we can, although please allow 24-48 hours, this response time is likely to be longer over weekends and bank holidays.

If you don't have a PayPal account you can still sign up for an annual membership. You will need to create a Members' Community account first, so please choose the annual membership from this page, enter your details, read terms of service, please make sure you agree with these terms before proceeding, click on the 'Signup' button. This will take you to the PayPal page but you don't need to go any further. Please come back to this page and click the 'Pay Now' button for an annual membership, where you can checkout as a guest. Once you have done this please contact support@artemesia.co.uk and we can then activate your account.
